ContactMe Error

    Hello,

    I’ve installed ContactMe and am using it for the Survey.

    I’ve gotten it all set up, but upon submitting the form, I get this error:

    Invalid query: Incorrect column name '' Whole query: ALTER TABLE wp_contactme_$survey ADD COLUMN text

    The survey is still submitted to the specified e-mail, so I do not know why I am receiving an error.

    Any help is appreciated, thank you.

    Its sounds like you have not supplied a name for one of the fields. All fields must have names so they can be stored to the database.

    Thank you for the reply. I put something in each field, but what if I want that field blank?

    For example, I put the question as the concise prompt, but it doesn’t really need an extended prompt

    Or I have a blank text field so that the user can type in a response. If there is something there, it turns it into a drop down menu and they can not type.

    Sorry I wasn’t clear. I meant the field title.
