[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Contact Form 7 Dynamic Select

Hi

I am trying to populate a drop down/select with the title of posts in a certain category. Is it at all possible with Contact Form 7 and how do I go about doing this?

Or do I need to use another form plugin and I so which one should I use.
