Hi @melansulen,
Thank you for reaching out! It seems like the issue you’re experiencing might be related to caching. To fix this, please try clearing both your browser and server-side cache. If you’re using any caching plugins, kindly deactivate them as well, then perform a hard reload of the page to see if that solves the problem.
If the issue continues, you can also go to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS and click the Regenerate Files button. After that, update your settings and do another hard reload of the page. For more details, you can check this helpful article: Troubleshooting Layout Issues.
In case the problem persists even after these steps, we would be happy to investigate further. Please open a support ticket using our contact form here: Open a Ticket.
When submitting your ticket, it would be really helpful if you could include as many details as possible, such as screenshots and the steps to replicate the issue. We’ll prioritize your request and work on resolving it as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We’re here to assist you, and we look forward to getting this resolved for you soon!
Kind regards,
Ankush 🙂
