    I recently attempted to backup the content on my WordPress site using your plugin, but the backup process failed. I received an error message indicating that the backup couldn’t be completed. What steps should I take to ensure successful content backups?

    Would you please try creating a new backup and when you get this error again, capture a screenshot showing the error and share it here so we can investigate this issue further.
