Content Calendar Not Initializing

Hello,
I’m a part of a team using your Publish Press Planner plugin on wordpress and we’ve been having trouble with the content calendar. No settings were changed, but suddenly we would be stuck in this loading state where it says the calendar can’t be initialized. The console’s error message can only be accessed in a development environment so there’s not currently more info I can really give. We’re running the latest version. The problem has persisted for at least two weeks now. Is there anything that can be done?
