CONTENT DUPLICATED ON CUSTOM E-MAIL

    Hello everyone!
    I have a problem
    I have created a custom mail for the on-hold orders but it doesn’t work properly.
    When my clients receive the e-mail, the written content of the mail are duplicated, but I see the content in the correct way on the preview e-mail.
    How can I fix it?
