Content editor display none when using global conditional field

    I am using Field Group A with a global conditional field to enable Field Group B.

    Field Group B hides the content editor.

    I would expect when the field in Field Group A is set to false, Field Group B would disappear and the content editor would appear. However, the content editor never appears regardless of the value of the field in Field Group B.
