• In the list of all articles, I create a translation article using the “+” button. On the created article, after clicking the “Import content from Japanese” button, I select the content to import and then click the “Import Content” button. However, the import process does not seem to work. There doesn’t appear to be any error messages. Could you let me know why this might be happening?

The main article is written in Japanese, and I am creating an English translation page. I am using WordPress version 6.7.1, and the plugin is up to date.

I will try to reproduce it. Is there anything I should know: What theme is active for example…

    Thank you for your reply.
The theme used is Twenty Twenty Five.
As for the background, I had created a site with multiple plugins in the original theme, but the language switching did not work properly, so I created a site with multi-site setup and language switching only.
However, I could not get it to work.
There may be a problem with the multisite setup, but I couldn’t find it.

The most important things are that you have at least 2 websites with different languages, and that you configured them in the settings for the Multisite Language Switcher: https://msls.co/

Can you confirm that this has been done?

The multilingual + button appears from the list of articles, and the Switcher import button appears on the edit screen that transitions from there.
Does this prove that it is configured?

If you also see a Japanese flag (or label) on the English website and vice versa, yes. This means it is configured.

With Twenty Twenty Five you should be able to use the plugins’ block to show the flags in the frontend too. I will try to setup a website with the settings you mentioned and see what is happening.
