Content length not working

    I want to add read more button to all the timeline events, but there is no option.
    Then I tried to reduce the content length so that all the content can display read more, but the “content length” not working, nothing changed when I make adjustment. I am using pro version.

    Hi,

    Did you select story description settings short in shortcode generator ?

    Are you creating Blog post timeline or Stories based timeline ?

    Please enter content length 30 words only and check it again.

    If you are unable to fix it. Please share screenshot of backend as well as frontend at [email protected]
