    I would delete and reinstall. If that doesn’t work, I would contact your host and find out if they have Mod Security for Apache enabled and if that may possibly be blocking it. If so, they may need to add this to the whitelist.

    I”m also having this issue. I have reinstalled three times. Checking with hosting provider on Apache security.

    Solved, be sure that filenames are not converted to lowercase, on a unix (linux) based system.
