Content Question

    I have noticed on the end of my content titles is the site title, ie:

    This is my post:my website

    if I have lots of content titles ending with (my website)
    would this not be considered duplicate content?

    I ask because I have 2 blogs that have been up for 3 months, and 99% of the content has not been indexed, only some pages like about us have been indexed, but no actual posts, so I am trying to figure out why google may not be indexing anything…

    I have over 50 posts on one blog, and 100 on another, and none
    of the actual content has been indexed, except some cheesy pages.

    I was thinking maybe google sees this as duplicate content, but I have an article directory that does get index, and the articles come from the same source, but I do watch out, and I also watch out not to accept the same article on the directory so that it does not end up on the blog also.

    so it is wired that google likes my article directory, but does not seem to care too much about the articles/content on my blogs, even though they are not the same articles….

    I can imagine that perhaps the big G does not like your domain name?

    Only if they offer lots of money and I can retire…

    otherwise the domain does not contain any infringement
    issues…if it did, I think they would have issues with
    advertising sites such as craigslist, or even sites that
    allow illegal content such as YouTube…

    so unless the domain is in some way illegal as to promote
    illegal activies, then I doubt the domain name is the issue.
