Is it possible set up subscription levels so that members can only view restricted content if it was published after their join date. Restricted content published before they joined will not be visible?

For example, new posts are published every week during the year. If someone buys a membership in the first week, he will have access to the posts from the first week, and whoever buys a membership, e.g. in the 30th week, he will have access to posts published from the 30th week onwards. He will not have access to posts from week 1 to week 29.

Thank you for providing more information.

Your best option is to create membership levels based on dates. For example: Create a membership level for the first two weeks of the month. You can name this membership level = first2weeksjan, which means the first 2 weeks of January. Then for the last two weeks of the month you could name the membership level = last2weeksjan, meaning the last two weeks of January. I think you get what I mean. (Note: This is just an example to help you understand what you can achieve with membership levels).

Then all you have to do is assign the corresponding membership levels to the post / pages in question.

Let me know if the information above helps you in any way.

    Kind regards.
