Content Restriction Redirection Problems

    So some students with a correct plan are reporting trouble accessing the main landing page after they log in. This has caused some friction with students wanting to continue learning and go back to my modules.

    We have not changed anything in the backend recently so we want to understand what is happening and how it can be resolved. 

    The program needs to be accessible and should not provide restricted page errors. 

    Current plans experiencing this error:
    Graduate

    Page they can’t access directly after logging in:

    Graduates page (8 week course graduate)

    Instead they are being redirected to the 8 week course page (only accessible to current program students who have not graduated yet). 

    When we tried to remove the normal 8 week course access in content access rules, but then they get redirected to a restricted page although the 8 week graduate course page is already accessible for them!

    We can’t afford for our customers to receive an error page telling them they have restricted access because they have already paid lots of money for access.

    Hello,

    I understood your concern about for some member it works and for some member page does not accessbile even if member has permission but please note that, this type of issue may happen if you are using caching system so data may showing from the cache and therefore it redirecting to the restricted page.

    So, kindly check by temporarily disabling caching system if you are using cloud services or any caching plugin, and after that, it should work fine as this type of issue does not happen with ARMember.
