• I have a pretty simple case. I have 150 pages able to be edited by users in 6 differents role group. I try 2 plugins : Role Scoper 1.1.7 and User Access Manager 0.9.1.3 but impossible to control the edit mode on a page for users in a Role.
For Role Scoper, after I assign the user to the role and restrict edit mode on certain page to certain role. I can only put those pages in the trash or view them on the front end.
I know that I probably should use a different CMS for this project but I really hope somebody can help me as I know that wordpress is really flexible…

  • This was due to conflict with the Exec-PHP plugin. Resolved by adding the “Edit others php” capability to the WordPress role of any page editor.
