Content Scroll not working- help!

I built a site with a custom theme (using Underscore) and the site (http://www.thegoodintentions.co.uk/) is almost finished but I have one big problem. The pages do not scroll. I’ve tried dozens of combinations of position and overflow tags but can’t get it right. Now on the site I have the content in the location that I want, but cannot scroll through to see all of the content (particularly look at this page: http://www.thegoodintentions.co.uk/music). Can someone please look at the code and tell me what I’m doing wrong.
Actually, scroll is working on the “news” page (http://www.thegoodintentions.co.uk/news) which is where blog posts are visable. . . but not sure why it doesn’t work on other pages. My second problem is that huge gap in space between the post title and content.
