I am using this plugin since long time, but recently it has stopped loading the Elementor page from admin. When I debugged it, I found that whenever I am disabling the ‘Content ticker’ element of this plugin, the Elementor is loading fine.
I enabled debugging option, but there are no logs in the backend.
Can you please help me out of this as I’ve already used Content ticker element extensively in my site.

Hi @freedealsandoffer,

I just checked EA Content Ticker on my Elementor page from admin. I didn’t face any loading issue of Elementor builder that you mentioned.

I would suggest you to check Browser Console from here when the issue happens: https://prnt.sc/ssn8fp

Let me know if you see any error there.

Hi,

It is definitely a problem at my end because when I disable the Content Ticker plugin, everything is loading fine.
Here are the errors reported on Chrome and Firefox with Developers tool.

Hi @freedealsandoffer ,

That’s strange!
You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Elementor and Essential Addons.
