“content=” to “value=”

I am trying to add a verification meta tag for Impact.com. Their tag looks like:

<meta name='impact-site-verification' value='XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX'>

The key sticking point is “value=”, it appears your tool only allows for “content=”. Is there a way for me to change “content=” to “value=”? If so, I have not been able to find it.
