I have a top nav that is fixed to the top. When clicking on a link it scrolls and the fixed widget is not covered by the top nav but the content it scrolls to is covered by the top nav instead of adding the 60px top margin as well.

I managed to fix it using some custom JS i added in:
```
var shiftWindow = function() { scrollBy(0, -50) };
if (location.hash) shiftWindow();
window.addEventListener("hashchange", shiftWindow);
```
Since i am using the X theme i had to add it in the Customize section (Appearance > Customize > Custom)

Hope you can add a permanent fix into the plugin itself. Thanks!
