When the results page opens, there is a scroll down that we would like to remove or change the amount of scroll. How would we do that?

We load the search results page to scroll down to the SearchIQ search bar above the results. Please check the search page https://www.momtastic.com/search/.
As your site has a static header, so the search bar is not showing.
Moreover, we don’t have the option to change the amount of scroll.

We have found this option common on other plugins. Here is an example in the settings of Easy Table of Contents:
