There are four options when you click on the chat icon on my site, do you know where these are configured? I can’t find them on FB or under plugin options.

Thanks for the steps, unfortunately I don’t see those same options. Instead of messaging I see Advance Messaging and the same options are not available. Any ideas on how else to access these settings?
