Continue Button doesn't work

    Mine works but I want to know is there a way to remove it without it having a continue button and just redirect to the website? http://www.birdiepromotions.com . Also, is there a way to change it so it always comes up and not just when someone clears their cache? This probably needed its own question but I couldn’t figure out where to ask.

    Great looking splash page. BUT, can’t get past the splash page in Safari on my iPad!
    Am deactivating, hoping to get a follow-up post with help.
