Continue Reading yields blank page

    Hi – while I’ve added content beyond the synopsis, I get a blank page when I click the CONTINUE READING button. I’ve poked around considerably trying to get this to work; is there possibly incompatibility with my theme (Paragraph)?

    Unfortunately I’m not familiar with that theme. If you’d like to do a quick check you can try switching to another theme like Twenty Seventeen. That one is guaranteed to work.

    Okay, I’ve tested this, and it does work on Twenty Seventeen, however, the functionality is substantially different so it’s hard to compare, because the page in that theme accommodates the entire listing, and doesn’t require the user to click a CONTINUE READING button (which is where in The Paragraph the plugin refuses to display anything further). I expect that’s where it’s failing, when there isn’t enough space to show the full listing. I’ll keep tweaking it under The Paragraph to see if I can get it to work, and then I’ll report back (it would be handy if Novelist worked on that theme since it’s specifically geared to authors).
