Thanks for reaching out @fersitio. If the Sign in with Google feature is not working on your site as expected after you configured it within Site Kit, I’m sure we’ll be able to determine the cause. If you’d like to share the following, we can hopefully determine more on this:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- When you mention it “doesn’t work”, is there a long delay, doesn’t nothing ever happen, or do you encounter an error? Feel free to share a recording if you wish. You can use a service such as Loom or Zight to share a screen recording, while using the same form to share this privately.
For users registering on the site with Sign in with Google (if registration is enabled), it should capture the basic details such as name and email address. For users with an account signing-in, it should allow them to sign in as normal with their Google account.

I understand, and I can understand the frustration. There are third party plugins that can impact how Sign in with Google operates, in particular security plugins that add extra layers into the standard login process. If you do wish to give the plugin a try once more, I’d be happy to check your set up.
