    Hi there,

    Hope you are doing well.

    I have been using this plugin for over four years, and it has been amazing. Two years ago, I encountered an issue, which was resolved with your help.

    Now, I am facing another problem: my clients are unable to place orders by entering the card number and others information of the card. As you can see on the image, the system gets stuck in “initializing”, preventing them from entering their card details or other information.

    Many clients have complained about this issue. Could you please advise on how to fix it?

    From our initial assessment, it appears the issue may be due to a conflict with another plugin or your current theme. To help identify the root cause, we recommend the following steps:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme to the default Twenty Twenty-Five.
    2. Deactivate all other plugins, and then reactivate them one by one while testing the functionality after each activation.

    This process will help isolate the source of the conflict.

    Hi @aqibkhan9 ,

    The problem remains on the mobile screen. On the Desktop and laptop screens, there is no longer the unlimited initializing problem. But on the mobile screen, I am still having the problem: initializing and initializing never stop. How to solve it? That is why clients are not able to put the card number and cannot complete the payment. And my selling has stopped now. I am losing a lot. I am going to show you the screenshot of the problem.

    Kindly download and install this beta version of the plugin. If the issue still persists after installation, I suspect it may be due to a conflict with another plugin or theme. I’ve tested the plugin’s checkout process on a mobile device as well, and it appeared to be working as expected.
