Contribution German Language

Hi,
I just want to mention that I have completed the German (formal/informal) translation at https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/locale/de/default/wp-plugins/clean-login.
However there is no Translation Editor assigned to approve my translation. If you don’t mind I would accept this role. I have translated other projects as well and being a Translation Editor there.
