Contributor can publish

    I am using both Edit Flow and Advanced Access Manager. I have made sure my AAM settings disable post for contributors. For some reason the “Contributor” role is able to publish. If I disable Edit Flow it goes back to contributor not being able to publish as it should be.

    Also if I disable AAM it also corrects the issue.

    What am I doing wrong?
