Contributors not receiving notification

    Hello jrrozko,

    If you want contributors to be notified whenever their post has been published you will need to select either Contributors or All Users for the Post Was Published setting.

    Is this what you currently have for your settings?

    Yes, Contributors is selected next to “Post Was Published” section.

    Very strange.

    I am unable to duplicate this error. Can you confirm that you have tried to deactivate all other plugins on your test site to see if there is a plugin conflict.

    I haven’t tried that yet. Was hoping for an easier remedy. Any chance you’re already familiar with conflicting plugins?

    We actually have not had to many issues with plugin conflicts and this plugin. I would start by looking at all the plugins that modify any sort of emailing system or post status workflow.
