control buttons error

    For some reason, video is showing smaller control buttons (play, pause, etc) at top of video, instead of the larger control buttons in the middle of video.

    There are also duplicate control buttons, as can be seen in this screenshot:

    I have other videos on site that working fine. Any ideas on what might be causing this, and what I can do to fix it? Thanks for any suggestions.

    thank you for reaching out to us Andrew!

    Issues such as this one are most often caused by plugin or theme incompatibilities. However, as other videos work just fine, it is unlikely.

    Can you pinpoint anything different about this video / any changes you made between posting previous videos and this one? Also, it would help us a lot if you would share a link to where this video is posted, so we could try it out hands-on.
