Control fields from database

    Hi;

    I’m building a new system for our company. I have got customer and certificate page wia build with acf & cpt ui. They haven’t got title type. All fields is custom field. like as Identity number, name surname, e-mail, adress, phone and education program etc.

    I will create 2-3 different application forms for certificate type. (e.g.: driver certificate, bike certificate, cook certificate) In my system customer page have multiple selection field for this.(https://up.uac.ist/images/2019/05/20/Screenshot_1.png) But I want to create a different application form for each certificate. When the customer completes 2 different forms, I don’t want 2 different users in the database. If the e-mail or phone number is stored in the database, I want the certificate type to be selected in the multiple selection. Is it possible?

    Hello @uniak,

    Extremely sorry for the late reply.

    Title type is unavailable in WPUF by default.

    If your users submit form, then the submitted data will not create any new user. In that case, you have to make the form available for logged-in user only.

    This way, registered users can only access the certification type application form and new user will not be created.

    However, it will be unavailable in WPUF to change the form field existence depending on the data saved in the database.
