Could you please tell me what you are referring as listing(products) so that we can help you to achieve it?
Is it custom post type or if you don’t know about post types then just tell me which plugin / them you are using to create it?

Listing(products) are created using woocommerce plugin. And have used wp-frontend-pro plugin to create listing(products) from frontend. And now we need to control no. of listing(products) a user can submit.
e.g. “Single part” subscription plan should only be allowed one listing(product).
Do you need more explanation?
