Controls not displaying

The controls (arrows) for the testimonials are not displaying in some browsers. On one Mac using Firefox and Chrome, the controls display fine. On another Mac using the same version of those browsers, the controls do not display. They also don’t display on some PCs. Is there a setting on the computer that might be causing this?
