Conversational Form – Show “Complete” button

    I am using a conversational form. On the page that users enter their email address, the button to enter the email address is hidden until the email address is entered. This seems to be confusing my visitors, as they are exiting before entering their email address, since they are unsure what the next step is.

    How do I make the the Complete button visible before they have entered their email address?

    Hello @wannabebond,

    The issue is appearing due to the email field is required, the customer must enter an email to proceed with form submission. You may remove the required option and the submit button will appear as shown in the screenshot.

    Thanks for coming back. I made the adjustment and see that it works. It does seem counterintuitive to me. Perhaps an option for future development for plugin users to be able to still have the field required, but not hide the button.
