Hey Everyone;

I’m so happy to use this plugin, but I have a problem with conversion API. throw Facebook I can see browser events but I can’t see server events. I contact my hosting support to see if there is any limitation from them, they say no.

I’m wondering if the CDN servers are the problem behind this. If not, then really I don’t know what to do. so please help me.

Hello,

I don’t know if CDNs are the cause of this, but you can try to test with CDN OFF and see if CAPi events are captured by Facebook.

Hey, Please check in your plugin if you’re using Facebook Graph API V9.0 or V10.0.

And yes, version 8.0.8 works with Facebook API 10.
