Hi @bear00,
Thanks for posting.!
We made a test shopping journey till the checkout step in your store and observed that the plugin is tracking data fine.
Further, we could not check for the order data tracking at the thankyou page due to the payment restrictions. Has there been Cash on Delivery or Check Payment or Bank Transfer then we would have placed a test order and checked for the issue with the product items purchased.
Please update if you could enable one of the above-mentioned payment options. Also, share screenshots from WooCommerce and Google Analytics for the discrepant order.
Regards,
Tatvic Analytics.

Hi @bear00,
We acknowledge the previous post. We had placed a couple of test orders to check the issue and it is happening.
The issue seems to be related to product type as the free plugin fully supports simple product types but the store has variable product types. Here is the FAQ link for reference.
Hope the above helps

I am experiencing a similar problem. Occasional orders are missing from Google analytics data. Checking the missing orders they were simple products, and the variable products are working fine.
Google states this is a known issue with this plug in, and that we can expect up to 20% of our orders not to be properly recorded in Analytics.
Any suggestions?
Hi there,
The plugin tracks all the orders which are in its scope and pushes them in Google Analytics.
You can check for FAQ1 , FAQ2 to make sure auto-return is setup.
Further, we would like to mention that there are 5 common cases in which the order data don’t get tracked. You can address the first 3 cases if they are occurring on your website. Rest 2 cases occur at the user end.
Hope the above helps.
P.S. – The free plugin works fine on stores or pages which follow standard WooCommerce implementation.
Regards.
