Hi,

I am using GA4 and the GTM4WP plugin. It seems that all orders are coming through correctly. However, the conversion value stays on 0. I have followed the following guide: https://gtm4wp.com/how-to-articles/how-to-setup-enhanced-ecommerce-tracking – so everything should be setup correctly.

Does anyone have any idea on what to do next?

You can use the same plugin for GA4 but you need to do configuration as per this https://www.tagmanageritalia.it/how-to-move-from-enhanced-ecommerce-tracking-to-google-analytics-4-ecommerce-tracking-with-google-tag-manager/#gref

Thanks for the response. I followed your guide. I guess it wil take up to 24 hours for the data to adjust?

@vcrshop yes it will take around 24 hours to push offline data to GA4

@chiragsolanki there is a new event called “items” in GA4 – However, I still see a conversion value of 0,- for the “purchase” event. (see image here: https://imgur.com/a/8UyoiTY).

I followed plan B of your guide. I use Woocommerce.
