I have already download the plugin but I cant set up Conversions API. Can you help me. Is important for my business and my ads.

The plugin is configured to work out of the box with both Pixel and CAPI events. Have you noticed any particular issue with the CAPI events?
If so, please share more details of the issue, as well as your System Status report, newest facebook_for_woocommerce log (located in WooCommerce > Status > Logs), and any-plugin-related errors from your debug.log via PasteBin.

MarijaCAPI seems dont exists. Ads manager gives me a message that says 17% lower conversions using CAPI, APPLY NOW. Here is my logs

We noticed that two Pixels are added to the site, and the Pixel seems to be set up with the Pixel Manager for WooCommerce plugin:
Can you try the following:
- Temporarily disable the Pixel Manager for WooCommerce plugin, and remove any other plugins/integrations to Facebook (such as via the CTX Feed plugin).
- Temporarily disable WP Rocket (and any other caching plugins) and clear the cache.
- Delete the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and remove the Facebook for WooCommerce integration from your Business Tools
- Reinstall the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and reconnect to your page
Also, please check if the Conversions API Gateway is enabled in your Ads Manager (for the relevant Pixel):
