Hello,
In fact that is a pretty good score. We have an article that explains how matching works, what are the limitations and the real expectations: https://www.pixelyoursite.com/what-you-need-to-know-about-facebook-conversion-api-events
Bottom line, matching will perform best for logged-in clients, and poorest for non logged-in visitors.
Thanks for the reply and helpful information.
I have one more issue:
I am getting errors on all of my WooCommerce Product Pages when I didn’t before installing this plugin.
[Error: We detected event code but the pixel has not activated for this event, so no information was sent to Facebook. This could be due to an error in the code, but could also occur if the pixel fires on a dynamic event such as a button click.]

Hello,
Thanks for installing our plugin.
The GeneralEvent is a custom event we fire automatically on every page. It has some useful parameters and can help with Custom Audiences or Custom Conversions. You can disable it from the plugin’s main page. If fact, there are several automatic events you can control from there.
Regarding the problem you noticed, I can’t replicate it. All events work fine on my end. Make sure you delete the cache, you don’t use an ad blocker, and you don’t test with an excluded role.
@empireprotege , is everything alright now? I am considering buying this plugin and wanted to make sure these errors are corrected.
@empireprotege , i wanted to contact you directly but your website https://empireprotege.com has no contact information. Could you get back to me please. email is [email protected]. I wanted to know if you have the premium version of the plugin and for us to do some win win collaboration together. Cheers.
