Conversions are not being recorded
-
As the title says. I only picked up on it a couple of days back. Did three transactions yesterday myself to see if they would be recorded and none were.
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Looking at the source code I see this “ga-disable-G-LQDP7ND07E”. I dont have any settiongs in wordpress or woocommerce to enable or disable the tracking code. What is causing this?
Problem solving for the win, the ga-disabled appears to be caused by rankmaths analytics module. EDIT: This actually looks intentional with their Exclude logged in users option. If this is the case then this isnt the issue.

Hi @tokyomagic,
Thank you for reaching out, and I’m glad to hear you were able to identify the issue and get it resolved. Since it turns out that Rank Math is causing the conflict, it might be a good idea to contact their support team for further assistance.
Let me know if there’s anything else you’d like help with.
Its not rank math, the ga-disabled was tied to their logged in user i.e. me. To test I have just deactivated Rank Math and Ive just done another test transaction and I see nothing in GA4. The tag says it is recieving data, but no transactional data is being passed across. Is this a bug with the plugin or has this been removed from this plugin?
Hi @tokyomagic,
Thank you for the clarification. I was replying to your most recent message in this thread, as shown below.

Just to confirm we’re aligned — are you saying the issue has now been resolved, you’ve identified the source of the conflict, or the issue is still ongoing and you haven’t been able to troubleshoot it?
There was an EDIT note I added to that, and then my reply saying it wasnt Rank Math. Ive looked back through GA4 and sales have not been reported since 13th of April.
I have your plugin disabled at the moment as I am trying to implement something more reliable using GTM4WP.
Hi @tokyomagic,
Thank you for the update and clarification. Since you’ve decided to disable the plugin for now while exploring other options, we can hold off on further troubleshooting.
However, if you choose to return to this plugin in the future and would like to continue investigating the issue, feel free to reply to this thread—we’ll be happy to assist you further.
Ideally it would be good to get this plugin working. the other option I am looking at is becuase this is the secoind time this year the plugin has failed.
Hi @tokyomagic,
Thanks again for your continued follow-up.
At this point, there’s no confirmed bug logged for this specific issue with the plugin not recording conversions in GA4.
That said, we’ve seen a few similar reports recently, which makes it important to rule out all potential causes on the site before escalating this as a possible bug.
Here’s what I’d recommend next:
- Reinstall and activate the latest version of the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin.
- Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Integration → Google Analytics and ensure:
a) Your GA4 Measurement ID is entered correctly
b) All available tracking options are enabled (especially purchase tracking) - Perform a test transaction in an incognito window (while logged out)
- Open Google Analytics → Admin → DebugView to confirm whether the
purchaseevent is being received - Share your System Status Report from WooCommerce → Status → Get system report, then paste it into https://pastebin.com or https://gist.github.com
Once we have this info, we can better understand what’s happening behind the scenes and confirm whether this needs to be reported as a bug to the development team.
Looking forward to your update!
