Convert 404 errors to 301

Hi Frank,

I saw you already replied to an issue about 404s caused by Googlebot trying to crawl a cached version of the styles and the js that no longer exist after clearing the autoptimize cache.

Why wouldn’t you handle these cases and return 301 instead? Googlebot would learn where the new stylesheet / javascript file is.

I know this is not a major issue, but I see Googlebot crawling these 404s many times per day.
