Convert old accounts

The accounts registered by Nextend Social Login are normal WordPress accounts. The only difference is that, the data that we store comes from the provider instead of user input.

So actually you don’t need to make anything, your existing WordPress users should be able to login to their WordPress accounts with social login, too if one of the conditions below is met:

• the email address of the existing WordPress account is the same as the email address that the provider returns ( in this case we will automatically link the social media account to the WordPress account the first time the user connects with social login )
• the social media account has been already linked to a WordPress account earlier e.g.:
  -via the automatic linking described above
  -or the registration happened with social login earlier
  -or a logged in user linked the social media account to the active WordPress account via our Link buttons ( this is called Manual linking ).

WooCommerce also uses the WordPress default user system, so everything described above is the same with and without WooCommerce.

Important note: I see you mentioned that you are a Nextend Social Login Pro Addon user. Since the linking works the same way both with and without the Pro Addon, I answered your question here.
