Is there any possibility to convert PDF to DOC when the user clicks on the “Download PDF” link?

or is there any hook available to customize the code ?

Hey there,

No, this isn’t a feature Gravity PDF supports. You can use the ‘gfpdf_post_save_pdf‘ hook to send the PDF to a third party service that handles document conversions like this.
