I am currently running GC Testimonials on a site – I was hoping that by activating your plugin that it would see the custom post type of testimonials, and I could turn off the old plugin and get rid of it since it hasn’t been supported for a good while now. Unfortunately Testimonials Widget doesn’t see them – and I have far too many testimonials to start over.

Any suggestions?

Did you try installing and running https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/gc-testimonials-to-testimonials/ first?

I installed and ran https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/gc-testimonials-to-testimonials/. It didn’t work for me – I tried adding several testimonial id’s to the settings, I tried not having any, and I tried adding only one.

I get:

Total Testimonials: (44 if I don’t select any, 4 when I select 4, and 1 when I select 1)
Testimonials Migrated: 0
Migration Failures: 0

Would be nice to convert 🙁

Please post the issue to https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/gc-testimonials-to-testimonials and hopefully next week a developer can follow up with you.

I posted my query 2 weeks ago – any way to get ahold of the developer in charge of the plugin that converts gc-testimonials to testimonials? I need to make this conversion.
