Converting one php page to html

I want to create a page in my WordPress and then make it into a page with the .html extension to replace a very old HTML page from before we started using WordPress that ranks well in the search engines. I want to make the page in wordpress and then save it as html. I only want to do this with one page. I don’t want to make the whole site with over 4000 posts into html.

Rather than do that, use the plugin Redirection to redirect the URL ending in .html to the WordPress page in question.
