Is it possible to create a hidden field that would convert the data in the zip code field into a region code based on a file that I would provide. e.g. Zip Code 01007 would convert to SPRINGFIELD – HOLYOKE?

It is possible to create a custom format tag for a calculated field which could be used to convert the zip code to your DMA code and hold that value in the calculated field.

It will require some coding skills to get the specific thing you’re looking for, but I have an article that shows how it is done:
