Cookie Banner Accessibility

Hi,

I was testing accessibility after implementing the cookie plugin on my local WP site. However, I noticed that I am unable to tab into the cookie banner. When I tab through the site it simply skips over the banner as if it doesn’t exist. Is there a recommended method of resolving this issue?
