We will suggest WP GDPR Cookie Notice plugin which is fully AMP compatible.
I would like to note an observation about your site, your current plugin added cookie consent functionality which was supposed to load this page in an iframe: https://thebrowndress.com/wp-content/plugins/iubenda-cookie-law-solution/templates/amp.html
but it seems to be redirected to the Home Page page, meaning it loads your home page in an iframe… which again loads consent functionality in an iframe….and created an infinite loop.

Hello there!
Previously I have installed the plugin you have mentioned above. All was going good until a couple of months ago, I couldn’t log in to my wp-admin due to this plugin. Many people seem to have reported on this issue on their support forum but there weren’t any solid solutions to this. Hence, why I have installed iubenda plugin.
Unfortunately, their plugin does not seem to be compatible with AMP pages, and trying to work it out.

Can you please try the WP GDPR Cookie Notice plugin and uncheck
Block users from logging in to the backend? options as shown here in screenshot this should solve your issue with login.
