    Hi guys,

In my admin, the link to my dashboard, home causes a redirect to
“Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1.”

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.”

All other links on my dashboard work except this one, and I can still get to the admin daashboard area by other means, but this redirect shouldnt be happening while im logged in.

This started to happen after I enabled Cookie Based Brute Force Prevention and the redirect.

I have since disabled it but this issue is still happening.

I’m guessing that there is something left over in the htaccess from when I enabled the setting? Im not super technical, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for the great plugin.

Hi, can you check your .htaccess file. Do you see the following tags.

    #AIOWPS_ENABLE_BRUTE_FORCE_PREVENTION_START
    #AIOWPS_ENABLE_BRUTE_FORCE_PREVENTION_END

If you do can you delete everything within the tags and including the tags. Then carry out another test.

    Report back with your findings.

    Thank you
