@Nguyễn Tâm, @currix – Sounds like your trigger is not looking for any cookies. Edit your trigger and on the cookies tab choose the cookie you created. The popup should disable immediately if the cookie already exists.

That should be some crashes from my theme. Now I’m seeing a shortcode displaying in the Triggers setting: {{PUMTriggers.getSettingsDesc(data.type, data.trigger_settings)}}
I tested with the other themes and your plugin was working good. So the problem should be from my theme.
