    Hi

Around 10%-20% of my login attempts end with this error: https://snipboard.io/ngH1R3.jpg (it appears after I enter the 2fa code, a correct one).

Cookies are always enabled in my browser, and when I get this message I clean cookies in the browser, hit refresh twice, and login regularly.

How can we prevent such false negative errors?

    Thanks!

    Tal

    Hi @taco100,

That error means cookie did not got written to consider user logged in.

Do you use Brute force > Rename login page or Brute force > Cookie based brute force?

Do you use any cache plugin? If yes please exclude the login page.

    Thanks for the quick relpy.

We do use ‘Brute force > Rename login page’
I’ll exclude that page in cache and track the problem.
