Cookie for 1 time effect

Hi, would it be possible to give this fantastic plugin an update?

I have it on our websites homepage as a fun interaction. But everytime i go back to the homepage the effect restarts. Is it possible to add a cookie so the effect only shows 1 time?

Or i don’t know if possible only onces when the visitors comes back, but as long he/she is on the website and goes back too the home it is not visible. But in a new chrome tab orso yes i shows again the first time only.
